What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and shipping address, along with the photographs and personalisation text you upload.

If you create an account we also store your password in an irreversibly hashed form. We never see or store your plain-text password.

Your photographs

The photos you upload are used for one purpose: making the keepsake you ordered. We do not sell them, share them, or use them in advertising without asking you first, in writing, for that specific photo.

You can ask us to delete your uploaded photos at any time once your order has been delivered.

Visitor counts

To know how many people visit the shop and which pages they open, we set one small cookie holding a random number. It does not contain your name, contact details, IP address or device details, and it is not shared with anyone or used for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s systems and never reach our servers. We only receive a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.

Who else sees your data

Only the services needed to run the store: our hosting and database provider, our file storage provider, our email provider, and the courier who delivers your parcel. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job.

Your choices

Write to us at hello@sparshstudio.in to see a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and uploaded photos deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
