Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment by email. We may decline an order and refund you in full if we cannot fulfil it.

Because every piece is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable once placed. Damaged, defective or wrongly printed pieces are remade free of charge. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free across India.

Your photographs and rights

By uploading a photograph you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely to make the item you ordered.

We will not print content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s copyright, or that depicts hate, violence or the sexualisation of minors. If we decline an image for one of these reasons we will refund you in full.

How the finished item may differ

Colours can vary slightly between screens and print, and a low-resolution photograph will print softer than a sharp one. Small variations of this kind are part of a handmade product and are not defects.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
