Shipping Policy

Crafting time

Every Sparsh Studio keepsake is made to order. We begin crafting once your payment is confirmed and your photo has been received, and the piece is finished within 2 to 3 working days.

Gift sets containing five or more pieces, and twelve-panel calendar magnets, may take up to 5 working days.

Delivery time and charges

Shipping is free across India. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email with your courier and tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and PIN code carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will remake and reship the piece at no cost to you.
