Cancellation & Refund Policy

No cancellations

Every piece is made to order with your own photo and personalisation, and we start preparing it as soon as your payment is confirmed. For that reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds or accept returns, including for a change of mind, a size, photo or text you chose, or a gift that is no longer needed. Please check your photo, size and personalisation in the live preview before you pay.

Damaged, defective or our mistake

If your piece arrives damaged or broken, has a manufacturing defect in the acrylic or magnets, or we printed the wrong photo or text, we will remake and reship it free of charge.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.

If we cannot make your order

In the rare case that we cannot make or deliver your order, for example if we have to decline an image under our Terms, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
